Todd grew up in Atlanta GA and always loved being active. Todd played D1 Soccer at Georgia State University and continued his passion for soccer by coaching for 12 years in the Club system. He also coached his two children.  As they got older he had to back away from coaching their teams but never lost his love for coaching. Todd started CrossFit in 2013 and fell in love with both the workouts and the community.

“I still love competing even if it is with myself, trying to get a little better each day.” After many years of CrossFit Todd decided to get back into coaching by getting his CF Level 1. He truly loves coaching and seeing his athletes improve in all areas of their fitness journey.
